Children - Private Law (CAP)

Where parents have separated or are in the process of separating, Kevin acts in cases where the parents cannot agree for example, who the child should live with or what periods of time the child should spend with the other parent. These cases may arise from simple differences of opinion or they may arise from allegations against a parent of domestic violence, physical emotional or sexual abuse or allegations of alcohol or substance abuse.

Kevin has also acted in cases where a parent wants to move abroad with the child or where the parents cannot agree on matters concerning the child’s upbringing such as education or religion.

Kevin has represented adults in cases involving applications for non molestation injunctions and occupation orders.
