Agreeing shared care arrangement

Holly represented a mother who was seeking the reinstatement of a shared care arrangement for the parties’ child. The arrangement had ceased due to the mother experiencing a breakdown in her mental health and the child had therefore spent some months in the sole care of the father. The father now sought that the child should live solely with him.

The case involved Holly in the disclosure and consideration of extensive metal health notes.

At final hearing she was able to assist the client in agreeing a shared care arrangement with the father.
