Marie represented 4 children through their Guardian.

In respect of the 3 older children, care plans were agreed for long term foster care and adoption in respect of one of the children.

In respect of the youngest child, born at the outset of the proceedings, there was a contested final hearing. The care plan was adoption. The court made a care and placement order for the child and approved the care plan for adoption. Unfortunately, the parents were considered to have too many unresolved mental health difficulties and ongoing drug use and patterns of domestic violence and chaotic life styles to be able to care safely for the child.
