More limited contact order due to safeguarding concerns
Marie represented a Mother in a private children’s case where an order was made by consent and listed for review to see how it has progressed.
Unfortunately, over the adjournment period, contact had completely broken down. Marie’s client believed this was as a result of the Father again abusing cocaine and alcohol (which had previously been the safeguarding concern).
The Father did not attend the review hearing. The previous order for contact was suspended and an order for more limited contact was put in place.
