Marie represents a Mother in a case where she alleged domestic violence against her ex-husband and had fled to a refuge with the children.

The Mother had made an application for an injunction, which was on going when the Father made an application for contact with the children.

At the first hearing, the case was transferred to the County in which the children now live and listed for a FHDRA. There will be a fact finding in due course under PD 12 J to establish the truth of the allegations and welfare decisions will be made thereafter.
