Represented claimant at trial: assessment of damages

Melanie acted for the claimant at trial in a claim for the assessment of personal injury damages following severe injuries sustained in a road traffic accident.

Further to Melanie’s submissions at trial, the Court made an award for compensation to the claimant which exceeded the claimant’s own offer of settlement to the defendant.
