Marie represented a Father In a case where the Local Authority had made an application for care orders as a result of one of the children’s allegation of sexual abuse against him.

The Parents had separated, with the Father having left the home and the children remaining with the Mother under an Interim Supervision Order.

The Court made Supervision Orders in respect of the children and directions were made towards a fact-finding hearing on the allegations of sexual abuse.
