Marie represented a Mother of two young children who went to a refuge to escape domestic abuse towards her and the children. Marie’s sensitive and tactful approach enabled her to support her client when the Father made an application to see the children.

The Court ordered that there would be no contact until after a fact finding hearing and a report from Children’s Services. The case is awaiting a fact finding hearing.
