Reviewing child contact arrangements in light of Father’s move away

Marie represents the Mother in a case where an order was made by consent a few years ago. As a result of the Father subsequently moving several hundred miles away, the contact arrangements and handovers have become difficult and in dispute between the parties.

The case was listed for a FHDRA and both Parties agreed to adjourn the case to a Settlement Conference with a Judge to see if that could break the stalemate.
A final hearing has also been listed in case the Parties still cannot agree after the Conference.
