Ashleigh joined us as Second Junior Clerk in May 2024. It’s her second time joining the Becket Chambers team, as she first joined us as an Administrator over 12 years ago.
After getting the travel bug and working her way around Australia, New Zealand, Asia and Canada, Ashleigh returned to the UK, where she has honed her customer service skills in a Michelin-starred restaurant and as an adviser for the NHS 111 service.
She now brings her top-notch client support skills back to Becket Chambers, liaising with clients, solicitors and barristers, helping to prepare cases for court, and supporting the Senior Clerk by organising events and promoting Chambers.
Ashleigh is an excellent listener; calm, capable, and highly experienced at supporting people who need to resolve a problem, assimilating information, and communicating next steps. She is friendly and empathetic, and her approach to customer service is based on treating people how she would like to be treated, and doing her best for them.
