Our pupil barrister, Alex Lunnon (Call 2022), will be commencing his Second Six on 1 April 2026 and will be available to receive instructions, assuming responsibility for his own caseload, including attendance in court.
During his First Six, Alex has spent time shadowing members of chambers, observing a range of hearings across Family Finance, Public and Private Children, and Civil, under the supervision of Paul Tapsell. He has assisted with the drafting of orders, opinions, and attendance notes, identifying the strengths and weaknesses of cases, and conducting legal research on points of law and their application.
Prior to pupillage, Alex worked as a County Court Advocate. He was instructed by over 50 different firms of solicitors and attended over 500 hearings on the South Eastern Circuit. Alex was also appointed as an Advocacy Manager in 2024, where he was part of a team that supervised 200 advocates across England and Wales.
