We are delighted to announce that Lauren Le Franc has joined Becket Chambers.
Called in 2017, Lauren has particular expertise in commercial and chancery work, including contract law, debt recovery, insolvency, the Consumer Rights and Sale of Goods Act, probate, trusts, land property disputes.
Lauren sits as a ‘junior junior’ with HMRC and has assisted with disclosure in several high-profile cases, including a large-scale contractual dispute relating to government procurement of Covid testing equipment. She has also represented ASOS plc in matters relating to consumer litigation. Lauren has a natural rapport with commercially minded clients.
Combining a passion for advocacy and a love of research, she takes a forensic approach to resolving challenges.
