We are delighted to announce that Olayemi Danialu (known as Yemi) has joined Becket Chambers. Called in 2019, Yemi is experienced in both civil and family law proceedings and has appeared in the Magistrate’s court, Youth Court, County Court, and Crown Court.
For family law, Yemi accepts instructions for financial remedies, private family law, the Family Law Act, and care proceedings. Within civil law, his practice covers personal injury, contract, road traffic accidents (including credit hire), and property and land law.
Before coming to the bar, Yemi gained experience in housing law and RTA matters, working for LPC Law. Yemi has also represented radiographers at the Health and Care Professions Tribunal Service, and has specialist knowledge in this area, having once been a Diagnostic Medical Radiographer with expertise in CT and MRI scans.
Yemi undertook pupillage at a London set of Chambers and has developed a strong foundation in witness handling and case analysis. Yemi has a first-class law degree from the University of Kent and completed his Bar Professional Training Course and LLM at the City Law School, London.
