Melanie represented a Father who was experiencing a blank refusal by the Mother to extend his time with his children. There were no difficulties with the current contact but the Mother felt that it was enough. At trial, Melanie successfully argued that the Father should see the children every other weekend, plus one overnight every week as well as half of all school holidays.
