Contact dispute involving fabricated allegations of domestic abuse

Dean acted for the father in a contact dispute in which the mother was denying the father contact with the child as a result of a number of allegations of domestic abuse. The father asserted that the mother’s allegations were fabricated.

Following Dean’s representation at the fact-finding hearing the court accepted the father’s account and contact was allowed.
