Decfective interim charging order

Melanie acted for the Judgement Creditor in a complicated and long-running case involving a defective interim charging order, which was duly rectified and a final charging order granted. The Judgement Debtor duly made two applications – one for an adjournment/stay of the proceedings and another for the setting aside of the final charging order

Melanie Successfully represented the Judgement Creditor on the basis that there were no reasonable grounds for the Judgement Debtors’ applications, which were duly dismissed by the Court.
