Long-running financial remedy case

Sandria represented a mother in a case running (to date) for over 7 years. Following the original separation, the father took her to court for shared care arrangements over their two children. The couple, who lived close to each other after separation attempted to divide care by alternate weeks, but without success, and the case ended up back in court.

The mother was given sole care, with a home to be funded from the sale of part of the father’s property portfolio. However the couple continues to reappear in court several years on – usually for minor issues relating to enforcement of contract.

The case remains ongoing. Although she will encourage her client and, where possible, work with the opposing legal team to seek alternatives to reappearance in court, Sandria remains committed to seeing it through to an eventual resolution.
