Louisa acted for grandparents who wanted an order that their grandson live with them. The parents had historically been unable to care consistently for their son yet sought on a regular basis to remove him from the care of the grandparents.
Evidence was heard from the parents, grandparents and a CAFCASS officer.
The grandparents were successful in obtaining an order that their grandson live with them. Contact with the parents was put in place but at a level that did not undermine the security and stability of the child’s placement with his grandparents.
